About Me

My journey with acupuncture began over 15 years ago, when I first experienced the profound benefits of Five Element acupuncture as a patient. Looking back, I think the seed of change had already been planted in me then. Years later, during a session, my acupuncturist said: “Why don’t you study this medicine? You love it!” He was right — I did love it. I didn’t yet know how or when, but in that moment I realised I had found what I wanted to do with my life.

Throughout the years, acupuncture became my go-to source of relief, comfort, and support. What drew me in was that it recognised me — not just my symptoms. In times when my body or mind were under stress, and life felt out of balance, it was Five Element acupuncture that helped me realign, bringing me back to clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of focus.

I was especially drawn to the philosophy at the heart of this tradition: the idea that the universe is reflected within us, that we are each a microcosm of nature, and that by working in harmony with these elements, we can uncover the root causes of imbalance. For me, it felt like the most natural truth in the world. That’s why I chose to dedicate myself to studying and practising this medicine — so that I could help others find the same support, resilience, and sense of wholeness.

Alongside my acupuncture training at The Acupuncture Academy, in Leamington Spa, I also trained as a Daoist Flow teacher — a movement practice inspired by nature’s rhythms. Daoist Flow combines gentle stretching, breath, and flowing movement to help energy circulate more freely, grounding the body and calming the mind.

This practice not only supports my own wellbeing, but also enriches the way I approach treatments, offering patients a deeper sense of connection and balance.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, I spent much of my life working in the fashion industry — a fast-paced, creative, and often demanding environment. This part of my life gives me a deep understanding of the pressures modern life can place on body and mind. It also shows me the importance of having tools, like acupuncture, to restore balance and resilience when the pace of life becomes overwhelming.

Today, it is my privilege to share this path — helping people reconnect with themselves, restore harmony, and move through life with greater ease and vitality.
