Held monthly at the Westway Community centre, Caterham, Surrey.

A group auricular session where we sit around together, either relaxing in quiet, or conversation. 

 

This is a great way to try acupuncture if you have not experienced, or also a great way to enhance general wellbeing.

If you want the benefits but not the needles, we can use earseeds to stimulate the points.

(it takes me around 4-5 mins to insert the needles, however even if you are last to have your treatment, qi circulates the system every 20mins)
